built in application is usually an expensive add-on for most PBX's.
Conference Bridge
The built-in conference bridge allows multiple callers to participate in
one call. The number of participants is limited only by your number of
phones and phone lines. Multiple conference rooms may be configured with
options like password protection, and designated conference leaders.
Find Me Follow Me

reach you where ever you may be. The Find Me Follow Me feature allows a call
